Real Estate Cold Caller
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM with 1-hour break
- Commissions will be provided for meeting targets

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Cold Caller to join our real estate acquisitions team. This role involves reaching out to property owners via phone to gauge their interest in selling their homes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in telesales, excellent English communication skills, and the drive to meet or exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to property owners using provided lead lists

Engage prospects in conversation to identify motivation and potential interest in selling

Collect and update accurate lead information in CRM systems

Overcome objections and handle questions professionally

Follow up with warm leads to keep the sales pipeline active

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead qualification targets

Collaborate with the acquisitions team to hand off qualified leads
Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound phone-based roles

Excellent spoken and written English skills (neutral or American accent preferred)

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with CRM tools and call tracking systems

Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
