Job Description
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape social media strategies and create engaging content for both our agency and our diverse client base. This position offers significant growth potential as you’ll work directly with the agency owner to develop and execute marketing initiatives. As the agency continues to scale, your role will evolve to encompass additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities in digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging social media content across Meta platforms
- Design eye-catching visual content using Canva and other creative tools
- Develop and maintain strategic content calendars for multiple accounts
- Schedule and optimize social media posts for maximum engagement
- Create and execute monthly email marketing campaigns
- Write compelling copy for various marketing channels
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with the agency owner on marketing strategy development
- Support the expansion of service offerings as the business grows
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Meta platforms
- Strong proficiency in Canva and content creation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging social media content
- Experience with email marketing campaign management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
- Basic understanding of SEO principles (preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to grow and adapt as the business expands
