Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Specialist

Schedule:

  • Part-time (10-20 hours per week, flexible growth)
  • Monday through Friday
  • Work Schedule: Start: 2 hours/day (10 AM – 12 PM EST, Monday to Friday)

    This will increase to 4 hours/day (10 AM – 2 PM EST) as you become familiar with the clients systems.

    Hours may increase further depending on how quickly the business can scale.

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns through email, SMS, and direct messaging platforms
  • Research and identify high-quality prospects in the trades and contracting industry
  • Manage comprehensive outreach workflows using Go High Level CRM platform
  • Schedule qualified phone consultations directly into integrated calendar systems
  • Maintain detailed prospect interaction records and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with business leadership to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates
  • Follow up strategically with prospects across multiple touchpoints
  • Potentially expand into voice-based outreach as the role evolves and grows

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Go High Level CRM platform strongly preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills with professional English proficiency
  • Background in lead generation, appointment setting, or client-facing sales roles
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns
  • Familiarity with email marketing, SMS outreach, and social media prospecting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in pipeline management
  • Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup
  • Availability during North American morning business hours for optimal prospect engagement
  • Self-motivated with ability to meet targets of 5-10 qualified consultations weekly
