Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact a company’s profitability and operational efficiency through systematic research and data analysis. You’ll be conducting comprehensive research across the company’s extensive customer base to identify strategic scheduling opportunities that could significantly increase revenue. Your work will involve detailed investigation of business operating hours and patterns, creating valuable insights that help optimize service delivery. This role offers the perfect blend of independent research work and meaningful business impact, with potential for growth as you become familiar with additional administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct systematic research on approximately 1,000 active customer locations by accessing and analyzing Google local business pages
  • Extract and compile detailed operating hours data for each customer location
  • Identify and categorize businesses with non-standard operating hours (early closures, late openings, specific closure days)
  • Create organized databases and reports highlighting strategic scheduling optimization opportunities
  • Perform various administrative tasks and data entry projects to support business operations
  • Conduct targeted internet research for special projects and information gathering initiatives
  • Support ongoing operational efficiency through systematic handling of repetitive administrative tasks
  • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations based on research findings

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and entry
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and database management
  • Experience navigating and extracting information from Google local business listings and online directories
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed project guidelines
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and modern computer equipment
  • Experience with systematic research methodologies and data organization
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify patterns and opportunities in data
  • Excellent written communication skills for reporting and documentation
