Job Description for Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile Shopify invoices with Zoho Books entries

  • Fix discrepancies in automatically generated invoices

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable

  • Keep books up-to-date on a weekly basis

  • Match products between Shopify and Zoho Books

  • Communicate with management to clarify transaction details

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Zoho Books

  • Experience with e-commerce accounting, preferably Shopify

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Excellent communication skills

Scope

  • Initial full-time work to catch up on 6 months of backlogged bookkeeping

  • Transition to part-time maintenance once books are up-to-date
