Job Description for Bookkeeper
Responsibilities

Reconcile Shopify invoices with Zoho Books entries

Fix discrepancies in automatically generated invoices

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Keep books up-to-date on a weekly basis

Match products between Shopify and Zoho Books

Communicate with management to clarify transaction details
Requirements

Proficiency in Zoho Books

Experience with e-commerce accounting, preferably Shopify

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Excellent communication skills
Scope

Initial full-time work to catch up on 6 months of backlogged bookkeeping

Transition to part-time maintenance once books are up-to-date
