Job Description

Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive billing operations and insurance claims processing to ensure seamless patient financial experiences
- Provide exceptional phone support and customer service to patients, prospects, and business partners
- Execute strategic B2B outreach campaigns to recruit new patients from local small businesses and organizations
- Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns and automated follow-up sequences using modern marketing tools
- Conduct thorough lead research and management to identify and nurture new business opportunities
- Coordinate complex scheduling for both patient appointments and executive business meetings across multiple locations
- Perform time-sensitive insurance verification for upcoming patient appointments to ensure smooth patient experiences
- Create and manage engaging social media content using AI tools and strategic guidance from leadership
- Support various automation initiatives to optimize backend office operations and improve overall efficiency
- Collaborate with IT support team to implement and optimize new software solutions and processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in dental office operations (medical or healthcare experience strongly considered)
- HIPAA certification required or demonstrated willingness to obtain certification immediately
- Proven experience with CRM systems, database management, and patient management software
- Strong background in email marketing, campaign management, and digital marketing tools
- Working knowledge of Google Data Studio for reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail in healthcare environments
- Proficiency with MailChimp, practice management software, and various healthcare technology platforms
- Outstanding communication skills for professional phone interactions and written correspondence
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn new software systems and adapt to evolving technology
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
