Job Description
As a Telesales Representative, you’ll spearhead the company’s expansion into the U.S. retail supplement market by building relationships with supplement store owners and managers. You’ll introduce cutting-edge products designed specifically for combat sports athletes, helping retail partners understand the unique value proposition while driving sales growth. This role combines relationship building, consultative selling, and transaction completion in a fast-paced environment where your success directly contributes to athlete performance and business growth. You’ll work with proven scripts and processes while having the autonomy to build genuine connections with retail partners across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic outbound sales calls to supplement retailers throughout the United States
- Present the company’s flagship product and expanded supplement line to store owners and buyers
- Utilize provided sales scripts while adapting your approach to build authentic relationships with each prospect
- Conduct needs assessment conversations and overcome objections using proven techniques
- Complete full sales cycles from initial contact through transaction processing via the company’s e-commerce platform
- Process orders using customer credit cards and apply appropriate wholesale discount codes
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions to provide market feedback and refine sales approaches
- Meet established daily call targets and monthly sales objectives
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize scripts and processes based on real-world customer responses
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in telesales, outbound sales, or B2B sales environments
- Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport and trust over the phone
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and comfortable processing online transactions
