Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic outbound calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads across multiple industries including real estate, fitness, beauty, and hospitality
- Engage with potential clients including realtors, gym owners, hair stylists, restaurant owners, and other entrepreneurs to identify content creation needs
- Set qualified appointments with prospects for the sales team, ensuring proper lead qualification and scheduling coordination
- Manage and execute comprehensive lead generation campaigns with systematic follow-up sequences
- Track, analyze, and report on outreach activities, appointment setting metrics, and campaign performance to optimize results
- Collaborate directly with the agency owner to refine lead generation strategies and identify new market opportunities
Requirements
- Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation with demonstrable success rates and results
- Strong appointment setting experience with excellent conversion metrics and professional phone presence
- Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
