Administrative Support & Social Media Assistant

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week Monday-Friday 9-2 California time with unpaid break 1 hr

 

Scope:

  • 20 hours/week

  • Remote work with flexible scheduling options

  • Direct reporting to the broker/team supervisor

  • Handling sensitive financial information requiring strict confidentiality

  • Working within specified time zones to align with team schedule

  •  

    Using provided secure VPN and communication tools

     

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure completion of pending requirements

  • Provide administrative support to a team of 14 part-time agents

  • Manage and organize documentation and paperwork

  • Handle basic social media management including daily posting

  • Assist with general administrative tasks

  • Monitor and track agent requirements and deadlines

  • Maintain organized records using Microsoft Office tools

  • Support communication between team members and stakeholders

Requirements

 
 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with basic social media management

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Previous experience in administrative support preferred

  • Professional phone manner

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
