Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a real estate business as a Marketing & Implementation Specialist, where you’ll be instrumental in building and optimizing digital systems from scratch. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work directly with the business owner to select, implement, and manage cutting-edge CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and AI integration solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of CRM systems with a focus on real estate-specific platforms like Follow-up Boss
- Create compelling video content and manage social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies and content creation initiatives
- Implement cutting-edge AI automation tools for client communication, phone systems, and email responses
- Serve as a professional liaison between the business owner and clients, ensuring excellent customer service
- Organize and migrate existing contact databases into new CRM systems for optimal lead management
- Set up sophisticated marketing automation workflows to streamline client follow-up and engagement
- Collaborate on website restructuring and integration projects to create seamless system connectivity
- Participate in strategic training sessions and meetings to continuously improve system understanding
- Take ownership of various implementation projects as the business scales and evolves
Requirements
- Proven experience with CRM systems, particularly real estate-focused platforms (Follow-up Boss experience highly preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media marketing success and content creation abilities
- Video editing skills and experience creating engaging multimedia content
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and AI implementation for business processes
- Real estate industry experience strongly preferred, with understanding of MLS systems and industry workflows
- Technical proficiency with website platforms and CRM integration capabilities
- Patient, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills for client-facing responsibilities
- Strategic mindset with ability to provide valuable input on technology and system selections
