Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support including calendar management, project coordination, and strategic operational assistance
  • Conduct eventual outreach calls and actively support business development initiatives to drive company growth
  • Manage and analyse complex data using advanced Excel functions and Google Sheets for critical business insights
  • Create compelling presentations and professional documentation using Google Slides and Google Docs
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage tasks using modern project management tools like Asana
  • Support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
  • Facilitate effective team communication using Slack and other collaboration platforms
  • Assist with CRM management and customer relationship activities using HubSpot

Requirements

  • Must have experience working directly as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or senior executive; able to clearly articulate their responsibilities and contributions in past roles.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency with strong formula knowledge and ability to navigate complex spreadsheets efficiently (critical requirement)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications including Sheets, Docs, and Slides
  • Exceptional communication skills with professional presentation abilities; ability to converse fluently and confidently — ideally with minimal to no accent.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with clear 2-5 year career aspirations and ambition to grow beyond traditional EA responsibilities
  • Demonstrated track record of high performance and achievement in previous roles
  • Strong research and preparation skills with ability to quickly understand and articulate complex business concepts
  • Ambitious personality with desire to evolve into operational leadership roles
  • Willingness to learn new tools including HubSpot, Asana, and Slack
  • Very strong communicator–both written and verbal (fluent in english)
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a startup environment with opportunities for rapid career advancement
