Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful real estate professional as their dedicated Marketing and Prospecting Assistant. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding market reach through strategic outreach and content marketing, focusing on specialized demographics including seniors and other niche markets. Working closely with an experienced agent who values marketing expertise, you’ll help scale a growing business by handling essential prospecting activities and marketing initiatives. This position offers excellent growth potential as the business expands, with the possibility of increased hours, responsibilities, and even commission opportunities for successful lead generation. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the development and distribution of innovative marketing content while building valuable prospect lists and managing customer relationships.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted circle prospecting and professional cold calling to generate qualified leads
• Perform specialized outreach to senior living communities, organizations, and niche market prospects
• Assist in creating and distributing compelling marketing content focused on senior demographics and “right-sizing” programs
• Support the development of educational materials and checklists for target demographics
• Manage and strategically distribute content from the company’s existing social media content bank
• Research and compile high-quality prospect lists, particularly for seniors, divorces, and other niche markets
• Maintain detailed records and updates in Go High Level CRM system
• Provide support for Facebook advertising campaigns and digital marketing coordination
• Execute email marketing campaigns and content distribution strategies
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities

• Oversee the daily maintenance of existing Facebook Ads campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and stay within budget

• Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, CPC) and flag underperforming ads for review or adjustment

• Implement minor updates to targeting, scheduling, and ad copy based on ongoing performance insights and campaign goals

 

Requirements

• Previous experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred
• Excellent cold calling and phone communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Proven social media marketing experience and content management abilities
• Strong research and list-building capabilities with attention to detail
• CRM system experience (Go High Level knowledge is a plus but can be learned)
• Marketing content creation skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools
• Technical proficiency for online research, data compilation, and digital platforms
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working during standard business hours for optimal prospecting results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach
