What We’re Looking For
We’re after a sharp multitasker with excellent communication skills and the discipline to keep everything running like clockwork. You might be the one if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or admin work.
- You speak clearly and professionally, especially over the phone and chat.
- You’re highly organized and handle sensitive information with care.
- You’re reliable, responsive, and great at follow-ups.
- You’re comfortable navigating CRMs, spreadsheets, and other digital tools.
- You can handle pressure without losing your cool.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Coordination
- Answer live chats and inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Confirm meetings and appointments via SMS and calls
- Send SMS reminders for discovery calls, interviews, contracts, and payments
Sales Admin Support
- Create and revise contracts as needed
- Monitor CRM deal stages and move clients to onboarding
- Coordinate with the sales team on schedules and documentation
Efficiency Monitoring
- Track your response time, accuracy, and follow-through as part of performance metrics
- Maintain organized digital records of client communication and updates
