Responsibilities:

Manage scheduling and appointment booking for HVAC service calls

Handle customer service inquiries via phone calls (both inbound and outbound)

Maintain and update customer information in Go High Level CRM system

Process and organize administrative tasks and documentation

Book service calls and coordinate with field technicians

Ensure all customer data and processes are properly organized in the CRM

Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish as needed

Take over comprehensive administrative task management for the business owner

Direct customer interaction and relationship management

Complete administrative oversight for contracting business operations

Integration with existing Go High Level CRM and calling systems

90-day probationary period with ongoing performance expectations

Mountain Time zone alignment for optimal scheduling coordination
Requirements:

Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish

Experience with CRM systems, preferably Go High Level

Strong customer service and phone communication abilities

Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
