Cold Caller

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, anywhere from 8 AM to 5 PM EST (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach synagogues and houses of worship

  • Engage with organizational decision-makers to introduce CRM software solutions

  • Update call status and outcomes directly in CRM

  • Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects

  • Follow the provided scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow

  • Transition qualified leads to the internal sales team for demo presentations

  • Working with US-based prospects and customers while potentially being based internationally

  • Use of an American alias is acceptable for client interactions

  • Focus on appointment setting

  • Working with pre-qualified lead lists provided by the company

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with a clear, professional accent

  • Experience with cold calling and appointment setting

  • Familiarity with CRM systems

  • Strong customer service experience with a technical support background

  • Ability to engage with traditional, conservative organizations professionally

  • Comfort accessing sensitive customer account information

  • Strong organizational skills for tracking leads and follow-ups

  • Ability to learn specialized software with religious/synagogue-specific features

  • Understanding of or ability to quickly learn synagogue operations and terminology

  • Goal-oriented position focused on scheduling demos rather than closing sales
