Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to senior leadership
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for executive decision-making
- Maintain and organize legal files, databases, and compliance documentation
- Manage calendar scheduling, coordinate meetings, and prepare executive briefings
- Handle confidential communications and high-level correspondence
- Support cross-functional teams on compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters
- Track deadlines for legal filings and contract renewals
- Assist in improving legal workflows and implementing best practices
- Support internal operations, including light bookkeeping or digital marketing tasks, as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a law firm or corporate legal environment (minimum 3–5 years)
- Proven experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar role supporting executives
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Available during Singapore business hours
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all matters
