Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional service for plumbing inquiries
- Diagnose plumbing issues over the phone and recommend appropriate solutions
- Schedule technician appointments and manage service coordination
- Learn company pricing structures and provide accurate quotes to customers
- Manage CRM system to track technician locations and optimize dispatching
- Conduct outreach calls to existing clients from other business divisions for cross-selling opportunities
- Contribute business ideas and strategic input to help grow the company
- Handle new customer intake processes and build customer relationships
- Assist in developing and refining CRM systems and business processes
- Provide feedback on operational improvements and efficiency enhancements
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
- Experience in dispatch work, sales, or service industries (plumbing, landscaping, HVAC, or similar service sectors)
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
- Proficiency with computer-based phone systems and CRM platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Enthusiasm for contributing ideas and providing constructive feedback
- Ability to learn pricing structures and technical service information quickly
