We’re looking for a Real Estate Cold Caller with proven experience targeting expired and terminated MLS listings. You’ll be responsible for initiating outbound calls, building rapport with homeowners, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Call homeowners with expired or terminated property listings

Qualify seller motivation and identify potential leads

Log call details and outcomes in the CRM system

Schedule appointments or live transfers to the acquisitions team

Meet daily and weekly calling targets

Provide feedback on call scripts and lead quality
Qualifications

3+ years of real estate cold calling experience

Strong knowledge of expired/terminated listings and seller psychology

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Familiar with CRM platforms, dialers, and call tracking tools
