Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads from established partner companies who have recently placed orders, ensuring highly receptive conversations
- Present partnership opportunities and introduce competitive energy solutions with attractive £50-£100 credit incentives
- Qualify prospects by assessing contract end dates and energy bill requirements for optimal timing
- Schedule appointments for qualified prospects whose contracts are eligible for immediate pricing
- Collect energy bills and documentation for future follow-up opportunities when contracts become eligible
- Execute strategic follow-up campaigns with up to three contact attempts per prospect to maximize conversion rates
- Handle common business objections professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Work with real-time prospect data through shared systems to ensure timely and relevant outreach
- Meet progressive daily targets starting at 2 appointments/bills per day and scaling to 5+ as expertise develops
- Contribute to pipeline development for expanding sales team launching in August
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience, with preference for energy, telecommunications, or similar B2B industries
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and maintain professional phone-based conversations
- Strong communication skills with experience in lead generation and appointment setting
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently while consistently meeting daily performance targets
- Comfortable working UK business hours and engaging with UK-based business decision makers
- Experience with CRM systems and data management for tracking prospect interactions
- Resilient mindset with ability to make multiple contact attempts and maintain positive attitude
- Interest in energy sector and helping businesses reduce operational costs
- Commission-driven mentality with enthusiasm for earning additional income through performance bonuses (£10 per qualified bill collected)
- Adaptability to work with evolving processes as the company scales and introduces additional lead sources
