Responsibilities
- Create and curate engaging content across YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook platforms
- Transform raw photo and video content into polished, platform-optimized posts
- Develop and execute strategic social media advertising campaigns
- Build and nurture relationships with beauty industry influencers
- Generate comprehensive performance analytics reports
- Coordinate and schedule content across multiple platforms
- Optimize video content for maximum engagement
- Maintain consistent brand voice while adapting content for different platforms
- Engage with community members across all social channels
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong video editing and photo optimization skills
- Experience with social media advertising platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with social media scheduling tools
- Understanding of current social media trends and best practices
- Basic graphic design capabilities
- Ability to work independently during Pacific Time zone business hours
