- Monday to Wednesday, 9 AM to 3 PM (18 hours)
- Thursday, 9 AM to 11 AM (2 hours)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to support the recruitment process for a high-volume disability support services provider. This role involves screening and processing a large number of daily job applications received through Seek and ensuring accurate data transfer into our internal recruitment system, Zoho.
Key Responsibilities:

Review 200–300 applications daily and filter out candidates who:

Have applied three or more times

Have an international phone number
-
Have an international address
-
Require sponsorship to work in Australia

Have not attached a resume

Verify that all attachments, particularly resumes, have been successfully transferred from Seek to Zoho
-
Cross-check that all relevant applicant information has been accurately pulled across from Seek into Zoho and correctly populated in the appropriate fields

Identify any missing or incorrect data in Zoho and source the correct information directly from the applicant’s resume

Ensure consistency and accuracy of data entries in the recruitment system
Requirements:

Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a recruitment support role

High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data

Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Seek and Zoho (preferred)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and meet daily screening targets

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
