React Native Full Stack Developer

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm Taiwan time with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced React Native Full-Stack Developer to lead development on a new mobile application for one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage projects and is passionate about building clean, user-focused mobile experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal team—including a designer, project lead, and AI development tools—to bring the client’s vision to life.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain scalable features using React Native (Expo) and TypeScript

  • Develop and connect backend services using Supabase

  • Write robust, testable code using Jest and Detox

  • Collaborate with AI tools (like Cursor) to code, test, and debug efficiently

  • Contribute to design discussions and product decisions

  • Help define and evolve our tech stack and dev workflows

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React Native via Expo

  • Backend: Supabase

  • Language: TypeScript

  • Styling: NativeWind

  • Testing: Jest, Detox

  • IDE & Tools: Cursor (AI coding assistant), GitHub

  • Environment: Remote, async-first, AI-integrated workflows

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native in production

  • Solid experience with both frontend and backend development

  • Strong understanding of app performance, testing, and optimization

  • Familiarity with automated testing tools (Jest, Detox)

  • Excellent communication and execution speed

  • Curious and proactive about leveraging AI tools in development

  • Bonus: Experience working in startups or small cross-functional teams
