Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled GoHighLevel CRM Specialist to join our innovative team in revolutionizing our digital marketing and client communication systems. You’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing sophisticated marketing automation strategies, creating compelling content, and managing our digital presence. Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom sales funnels and landing pages in GoHighLevel that align with our brand identity
• Create and manage automated email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
• Develop and maintain marketing materials using Canva, ensuring consistent brand representation
• Optimize CRM workflows to enhance customer journey and improve operational efficiency
• Participate in regular team meetings to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
• Collaborate with team members to implement new marketing strategies and improvements
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Maintain and update CRM documentation and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM platform and its marketing automation features
• Proficiency in Canva design software and digital content creation
• Strong English communication skills with ability to collaborate remotely
• Experience in email marketing and landing page optimization
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team coordination
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to participate in team culture
• Availability during EST business hours
• Previous experience with fitness or wellness industry is a plus
