Job Description
We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to lead strategic digital advertising initiatives across both Meta and Google Ads platforms. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage full-funnel advertising strategies from concept to execution, working with a wide array of Australian businesses. This is a unique opportunity to blend your creative flair with analytical rigor, leveraging paid media to drive real business growth for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute high-impact paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Develop, launch, and optimize targeted Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max

  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and competitor analysis

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across Meta and Google platforms

  • Create insightful analytics dashboards and client-facing reports highlighting ROI and performance trends

  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate paid media with broader marketing strategies

  • Manage and track media budgets, ensuring maximum return on ad spend

  • Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign data

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in the digital advertising space

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads

  • Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for conversions, ROI, and engagement

  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting campaign data and analytics

  • Proficiency with advertising tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail

  • Availability to work during Sydney business hours
