Job Description

Take ownership of a crucial revenue-generating role where you’ll connect with business decision-makers across Australia to drive company growth. Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential commercial prospects using proven lead generation techniques
  • Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to connect with key decision-makers
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to navigate past gatekeepers effectively
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with genuine business opportunities
  • Build and maintain detailed prospect lists using company-provided tools and databases
  • Track all activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports and track key metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified appointments
  • Contribute to the refinement of lead generation and qualification processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-6 + years of B2B cold calling experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Experience dealing with C-suite executives and decision-makers
  • Understanding of complex commercial contracts and regular service agreements
  • Proven track record in appointment setting for high-value, ongoing contracts
  • Experience in commercial cleaning or similar service industries preferred
