Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, organized, and driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence. This role involves creating and scheduling engaging content, interacting with our online audience, and supporting client relationship management through our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, a keen understanding of social media trends, and a passion for real estate and community engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Create engaging visuals and short-form videos (including reels and stories)

  • Write compelling captions and relevant hashtags to maximize engagement

  • Monitor trends, platform changes, and analytics to adjust strategies as needed

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and foster engagement with followers

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the team to create property-focused content, market insights, client testimonials, and educational real estate posts

  • Use tools like Canva or Adobe Express for graphic design

  • Capture or edit videos/photos for listings and brand storytelling

CRM Management:

  • Maintain and organize the CRM database with updated contact information, notes, and activity logs

  • Assist with client follow-up sequences, reminders, and email campaigns

  • Help track inbound leads and coordinate with the sales team for timely responses

Strategy & Reporting:

  • Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals

  • Analyze performance data and prepare regular social media performance reports

  • Offer insights and suggestions for growing audience engagement and brand reach


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing (real estate experience a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools

  • Proficiency with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

  • Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines consistently
