B2B Appointment Setter

Schedule:

  • 21 hours per week
  • Tuesday - Thursday; 9am - 5pm AEST with 1-hour unpaid break (7 hours per day, 3 days a week)
  • Commissions will be provided for hitting targets

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-growing craft spirits business. You’ll be at the intersection of business development, helping drive the company’s expansion through cold calling and appointment setting. This position offers the unique chance to work with a premium beverage brand while utilizing your diverse skill set across sales, and general administration. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the company’s growth while working with a passionate team that’s creating world-class spirits.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential business clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume, lead engagement, and other relevant metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong business client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying opportunities for future business.
  • Present the company’s products in a compelling manner, addressing the specific needs and concerns of the prospect.
  • May be required to participate in sales video calls, presenting product demos or addressing client queries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Continuously update CRM or relevant systems with client interactions, feedback, and sales progress.
     

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken English, with strong written communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
