Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters to revise and finalize job descriptions.
- Coordinate client interviews and follow up on feedback.
- Send and clarify job offers to the selected candidate/s.
- Submit the OEFs to the onboarding team.
- Ensure the accuracy of all documentation related to client contracts, job offers, and onboarding forms.
- Post job openings on the career site and alert the sourcing team about urgent positions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for staff relations, sales, and client services regarding recruitment-related queries.
- Be on top of interview scheduling and sending reminders to candidates for their interviews
- Admin tasks also involve monitoring the incoming interview requests, updating trackers and managing different chat spaces.
Requirements:
- Excellent bilingual (English - Spanish) written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
