What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who excels in managing financial tasks. You might be the perfect fit if:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

You have 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar administrative role.

You’re proficient in Google and Microsoft applications, especially Excel.

You have experience with financial reconciliation and maintaining accurate records.

You possess excellent time management skills and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.

You’re comfortable working as an independent contractor (handling your own taxes and benefits).
What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting in the preparation of financial information.

Recording payables and scheduling payments.

Supporting month-end closing activities.

Reconciling and maintaining records of monthly financial transactions and statements.

Assisting with invoicing and ensuring accurate documentation.

Developing and maintaining consistent checks and balances for financial accuracy.

Performing other finance-related tasks as required.
