IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to create and maintain IT documentation, assist users with troubleshooting, and ensure smooth IT operations. If you have a knack for technical writing and problem-solving, this role is for you.

Job Highlights

Qualifications

IT Support Documentation Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain documentation for users, clients, and stakeholders
  • Develop and document processes, such as PC provisioning
  • Provide support documentation to assist in incident resolution
  • Help create user manuals and tutorials for staff and customers
  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
  • Deliver clear, accessible information to support internal teams

Other IT Support Responsibilities:

  • Install software and provide user instructions
  • Answer employee inquiries regarding computer systems
  • Gather and analyze data to diagnose system issues
  • Modify configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve problems
  • Maintain essential IT operations, including security tools, applications, email systems, and hardware

Reminder

This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical and communication skills. Flexibility for shifting schedules may be required.
