Qualifications
IT Support Documentation Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain documentation for users, clients, and stakeholders
- Develop and document processes, such as PC provisioning
- Provide support documentation to assist in incident resolution
- Help create user manuals and tutorials for staff and customers
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
- Deliver clear, accessible information to support internal teams
Other IT Support Responsibilities:
- Install software and provide user instructions
- Answer employee inquiries regarding computer systems
- Gather and analyze data to diagnose system issues
- Modify configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve problems
- Maintain essential IT operations, including security tools, applications, email systems, and hardware
