Recruitment Team Lead

As a Recruitment Team Lead at BruntWork, you will oversee a team of Recruitment Officers, ensuring a seamless hiring process and helping the team maintain the quality of the vetting process. You will provide hands-on support, coach, monitor performance, and handle first-level escalations. Your own experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, eye for retention, and interest in the well-being of recruiters will be your foundation for success.

Responsibilities

  • Coach recruiters in interviewing and vetting to find the best candidates for the job
  • Spot problems, provide timely solutions, and escalate to the Recruitment manager when necessary
  • Clearly understand jobs, ask critical questions that promote understanding of job requisitions
  • Ability to write clear and accurate job descriptions when a job needs to be refined
  • Develop recruiter mastery of processes and time management so they can hit their targets

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience for various roles
  • At least 1-2 years of recent leadership experience in HR or other related fields
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • This is your sole recruitment and HR job
