Responsibilities
- Expertly manage and nurture leads generated from Facebook and Instagram using our state-of-the-art CRM system, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks
- Conduct engaging phone and virtual consultations with potential clients, showcasing our services and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm and expertise
- Efficiently schedule appointments using cutting-edge booking systems (Vergara or Square), optimizing the client’s experience from the first interaction
- Maintain comprehensive and insightful notes on client interactions and preferences within the CRM, enabling personalized service and fostering long-term relationships
- Actively participate in weekly training calls, continuously enhancing your skills in client communication and staying ahead of industry trends
- Drive conversion rates by implementing effective follow-up strategies, turning leads into loyal, paying clients
- Skillfully manage and organize the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from initial contact to service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, embodying the brand’s values and commitment to client satisfaction
- Contribute creative ideas to improve lead generation and conversion processes, playing a key role in the company’s growth strategy
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clients effectively in both written and spoken interactions
- Proven experience with CRM systems and appointment scheduling software, demonstrating your ability to manage client relationships efficiently
- Advanced proficiency in using social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, for business purposes
- Outstanding organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously without dropping the ball
- A track record of excellence in customer service, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or luxury service industries
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and lead nurturing strategies, with the ability to apply these in practical, results-driven ways
- A passion for the beauty industry and a basic understanding of current trends and services (additional knowledge is a plus!)
- Flexibility to work 25 hours per week, primarily during afternoon and evening hours (EST), with some weekend availability
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing with the business, with the potential to take on additional responsibilities in digital marketing and ad management as the role evolves
