Job Highlights

  • Professional Fee: $ 1,000
  • Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM COT

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients using our outsourced staffing services.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by proactively addressing client concerns and providing expert guidance.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by resolving issues and challenges effectively.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to fulfill client staffing needs.
  • Partner with the Staff Services Team to ensure ongoing performance and satisfaction of outsourced staff.

Qualifications

  • Strong HR background with a proven track record in driving outsourcing growth.
  • Experience managing client relationships within the recruitment, staffing, or BPO industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing client needs.
  • Reliable work-from-home setup, including:
    • Minimum of 25 Mbps postpaid internet (for a two-member household).
    • Personal computer with admin access (i5 processor or equivalent, 8 GB RAM).
    • Noise-canceling headset and HD webcam.
