Job Highlights

  • Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours

Responsibilities

Onboarding

  • Monitor the Onboarding Pipeline to ensure a seamless transition at every stage.
  • Ensure staff have a clear understanding of contract terms at the start of each assignment.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team on the staff’s first day.
  • Support the onboarding team as needed.

Operations

  • Conduct first and third-month discussions with staff, providing support as necessary.
  • Document and address staff concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Respond to staff queries through the Staff Services Helpdesk.
  • Monitor, review, and approve staff time logs for each assignment.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to maintain the quality of service delivery.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay informed on voluntary benefits available to independent contractors.

Offboarding

  • Conduct offboarding discussions to ensure proper notification.
  • Guide staff through the offboarding process and coordinate with the offboarding team.
  • Assist with post-offboarding concerns.

Other or Special Tasks

  • Assist in preparing and monitoring client-requested reports.

 

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in remote staff management, HR operations, or a related administrative role
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Proven ability to monitor staff time logs, conduct regular check-ins, and support employee engagement initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to documentation and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when handling sensitive staff concerns
  • Proficiency in workflow and project management tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Ability to recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting independent contractors or remote teams in a BPO or outsourcing setup
  • Familiarity with client-facing collaboration and reporting tasks
