We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Agent with a proven track record in B2B, B2C, and enterprise-level sales. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in using CRM platforms like HubSpot and Zoho. Job Highlights

  • Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (U.S. time zones)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will also be accountable for handling their taxes and benefits independently.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Excellence: Drive revenue by promoting and closing deals for our outsourcing services. Maintain a strong performance record in various sales environments.
  • Client Engagement: Build lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Experience in running a business is highly valued for deeper client insight.
  • CRM Mastery: Utilize HubSpot and Zoho to manage client interactions and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Responsive Communication: Ensure timely client responses to maximize deal potential and maintain momentum.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, from client communication to pipeline management.
  • Bonus: Recruitment Experience — Experience in recruitment is a significant plus, helping align client needs with top talent.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with strong achievements in B2B, B2C, and enterprise sales.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (near-native fluency in both spoken and written forms).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust and sustaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Experience with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, or CRMs is a plus.
