Voice Recording Instructions

IMPORTANT: Uploading your voice sample is required for application processing. It helps evaluate audio quality, background noise, and spoken English clarity. Applications without a voice sample will not be processed.

Step 1:

Go to  https://vocaroo.com/  in a new tab or window.

Step 2:

Record your voice sample using the template below as a guide. You may modify the content to edit or shorten as necessary for the role you’re applying for.

Tip: Use a noise-cancelling headset or dedicated microphone if available. Ensure there is no background noise or static for high-quality audio.

Important: If you experience errors when recording or uploading your voice sample, try using a laptop/desktop or a different browser.

Recording Template:

• Hi! My name is [first name] and I have worked as a [role] for the last [# of years].
• My last job was at [company name] where I [insert job responsibilities].
• My coworkers have said that I am [insert personalities here].
• I excel at [insert top 1-3 skills].
• I think I should be selected for [insert position applying for] because [insert reason].
• I look forward to discussing how I can be of value to your company.

Step 3:

Finish the recording, then click “Save and Share”.

Step 4:

Copy the recording link into the application form field.

Please check your recording for audio quality:

• Are you speaking clearly?
• Is there any background noise?
• Is there any recording static noise?
  If yes, use  https://www.veed.io/tools/remove-background-noise-from-audio  to clean the audio, then re-upload it on Vocaroo.
• Does the start of the recording sound good? (The beginning is the most important part.)
