Work Schedule: 26 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday 2 Hours Everyday Eastern time
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound client communications including phone calls, voicemails, texts, and emails
- Schedule cleaning appointments and assign cleaners to jobs while managing day-to-day calendar coordination
- Prepare and send quotes to prospective customers promptly and follow up to convert leads into bookings
- Provide real-time support and troubleshooting for field cleaners during service hours (e.g., gate codes, client-specific instructions)
- Handle client complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring clients feel heard and issues are resolved
- Assist with light social media marketing and other ad hoc tasks during slower periods
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional, and approachable tone
- Proven experience in customer service, scheduling, or office administration
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to document and follow established processes
- Proactive and self-motivated — able to identify tasks and take initiative without being directed
- Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative and engaged team member
- High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Scope:
- Act as the operational backbone of the business, allowing the owner to focus on growth and strategy
- Coordinate between clients and cleaning staff to ensure seamless daily operations
- Maintain and improve internal process documentation
- Eventually onboard and train the part-time team member
