Real Estate Lead Generator

Job Description:

You’ll be the right hand to a business owner who’s scaling a lead generation operation from startup to nationwide presence. This role offers the perfect blend of administrative efficiency, research depth, and client interaction—ideal for someone who thrives in a growing business environment. You’ll help systematize processes that currently run manually while gaining valuable experience in real estate, data research, and client outreach. As the business expands across America, you’ll grow with it. 

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, flexible schedule within client daytime, Eastern Time, New York (20+ hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Create targeted lists of homeowners based on specific criteria such as debt amounts and banking relationships
  • Research and gather contact information using various software platforms and databases
  • Conduct outreach campaigns via email and text messaging to generate qualified leads
  • Create and manage CRM logins and user access for team members
  • Handle sales calls with potential clients regarding foreclosed properties
  • Make basic edits and modifications using coding platforms like Replit
  • Manage spreadsheets and maintain organized databases of leads and contacts
  • Review and approve draft communications before sending to prospects
  • Support business expansion efforts as operations scale nationwide

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and general computer applications
  • It helps if you have real estate experience, particularly with residential properties
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with ability to handle professional phone calls and sales conversations
  • Excellent written communication skills for email and text outreach campaigns
  • Bonus if you have basic coding knowledge or experience with AI coding platforms (Replit, Cloud Code preferred)
