Property Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant

Overview

Elevate your creative career by providing high-level marketing and sales support to a dynamic team of Principals and Brokers. This role offers significant professional latitude for a proactive designer to manage diverse projects, from sophisticated digital content to comprehensive investment packages.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, Within 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing initiatives for a team of brokers including direct mail, email marketing, and designing marketing collateral (brochures, postcards, newsletters, eblasts, listing presentation packages, investment analysis/sales packages, offering memorandums, etc.)
  • In-house production, sorting, and delivery of direct mail pieces
  • Basic copywriting
  • Generate and post content to social media
  • Edit videos
  • Draw/Redraw floor plans and/or site plans
  • Create property maps and aerials
  • Create WordPress websites
  • Update business information on Google and Bing Business
  • Run basic reports in CoStar and Landvision
  • Interface with clients and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Any other administrative/office duties as required (Ad hocs: typing of leases, preparing purchase and sale agreements, run database reports, and other documents as required)

Requirements

  • At least 2–5 years of experience supporting marketing and administrative functions for executive-level individuals and/or teams of six or more within the real estate, brokerage, or a similar industry.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud skills
  • Graphic Design experience, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud experience:
  • Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop skills
  • Well-versed in Adobe Acrobat DC
  • Proficient in Dreamweaver and Premiere Pro
  • Basic knowledge of Google Earth (program and web app)
  • Experience in BCC Bulk Mailer is ideal
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact or other email marketing applications.
  • Design & writing samples are encouraged
  • Ability to multitask multiple levels of projects and meet deadlines required.
  • Familiarity with printers and other office machines.
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Attention to detail required.
