Appointment Setter (Real Estate)

Overview

Join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping seniors navigate financial challenges and protect their homes. In this high-impact role, you will lead with empathy to identify qualified homeowners, build immediate trust, and bridge the gap between financial distress and professional solutions.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM central standard time

Responsibilities

  • Call pre-foreclosure homeowners aged 62+
  • Follow the provided script while maintaining a natural conversation style
  • Confirm key details: age (62+), owner-occupied status, foreclosure timeline, and openness to options (not selling yet)
  • Book appointments or complete live transfers immediately
  • Accurately tag and track all call outcomes in the CRM
  • Submit daily reports including calls made, contacts reached, appointments set, and notes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound calling (real estate or mortgage experience preferred)
  • Strong objection-handling abilities
  • Excellent listening skills, with an emphasis on understanding over speaking
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Comfort using CRM systems, dialers, and lead tracking tools
