B2B Appointment Setter - Outbound
Work Schedule: 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm | Pacific Time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound B2B calls to commercial businesses using provided call lists and scripts
- Pitch a free backup satellite internet service to business owners and decision-makers, handling objections and securing agreement for installation
- Schedule satellite dish installations by obtaining confirmed commitments from prospects
- Log all call activity, outcomes, and follow-ups accurately within the client's calling system and CRM
- Source and build new prospect lists when existing lists are exhausted to maintain a consistent call pipeline
- Collaborate with the client to refine call scripts and outreach strategies based on market feedback and experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear, professional English suitable for phone-based outreach
- Demonstrated ability to navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers within commercial businesses
- High level of resilience and persistence in handling rejection and objections
- Strong attention to detail when logging call data and tracking follow-ups
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting established KPIs
Scope:
- Target businesses include convenience stores, restaurants, hotels, motels, and similar commercial establishments across U.S. metro cities
- Work from client-provided call lists and pre-written scripts, with the ability to contribute improvements
- Operate within the client's calling platform (Grasshopper or HubSpot) using assigned phone numbers
- Report call metrics including calls made, appointments booked, and follow-ups scheduled
- Meet performance benchmarks and KPIs as established by the client
