Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Execute targeted email campaigns to the company’s existing prospect and client database.
- Social Selling: Conduct LinkedIn outreach and social selling to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Perform multi-channel outbound lead generation across various digital platforms.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify and nurture leads through initial contact and engagement strategies.
- Handover: Forward qualified prospects to management for appointment scheduling and final deal closure.
- Tracking & Reporting: Track lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline development.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate CRM records and lead scoring for optimal follow-up timing.
- Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or outbound marketing.
- Campaign Skills: Proven track record with email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills for effective and professional prospect messaging.
- Independence: Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Industry Context (Bonus): Experience in B2B services or commercial industries.
- Cultural Fit: Familiarity with Australian business culture and communication styles is a plus.
