Job Overview

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers calling about property management services, playing a crucial role in capturing and processing important customer information. This position offers the perfect blend of customer interaction and administrative efficiency, where you’ll help ensure every inquiry is professionally handled and properly routed to the right team members.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week); Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with one hour of unpaid break - UK business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls from UK customers using VoIP system with London telephone number
  • Conduct basic qualifying conversations to gather essential customer information
  • Complete and submit two standardized forms per phone call with accurate customer details
  • Email completed forms to internal team members for prompt follow-up processing
  • Maintain professional, friendly phone presence throughout all customer interactions
  • Handle additional administrative tasks during quieter periods including data entry and inbox management
  • Ensure all customer inquiries are properly documented and processed efficiently
  • Provide consistent, high-quality customer service that reflects the company’s professional standards

Requirements:

  • Clear English communication skills with a VERY clear accent
  • Quiet, professional home office environment with reliable high-speed internet
  • Basic computer proficiency for form completion and email management
  • Ability to work UK business hours with flexibility for potential weekend coverage
  • Customer service orientation with friendly, professional phone manner
  • Efficiency in multitasking during phone conversations
  • Bonus if you have previous experience with VoIP phone systems
  • It helps if you have property management or real estate industry familiarity

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
