Outbound Sales Powerhouse (Pest Control & AC Solutions)

Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and proactive individual to join our team in a Full-Time Outbound Sales role. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services, and achieving daily KPIs to drive business growth.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Selling pests (scorpions, weeds, mosquitoes) and AC energy efficiency.
  • Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume, lead engagement, and other relevant metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying opportunities for future business.
  • Present the company's products or services in a compelling manner, addressing the specific needs and concerns of the prospect.
  • May be required to participate in sales video calls, presenting product demos or addressing client queries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Continuously update CRM or relevant systems with client interactions, feedback, and sales progress.

Requirements

  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in Outbound Sales.
  • Fluent in spoken English, with strong written communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Qualifications

Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in tech, enterprise-level sales, or B2B sales environments.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide solutions in real-time.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
