Lead Generation Specialist

Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible during Sydney business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify architects and draftsmen in the Sydney area through online channels
  • Send pre-approved email communications with capability statements to targeted prospects
  • Obtain management approval before sending emails to identified prospects
  • Conduct systematic follow-up email outreach to non-responsive prospects after one week
  • Maintain detailed spreadsheet tracking of all outreach activities including contact information, email dates, and follow-up status
  • Manage LinkedIn networking activities by connecting with industry professionals to boost company profile
  • Handle all email correspondence according to pre-approved templates and messaging guidelines
  • Organize and track lead generation data for management review and analysis

Requirements:

  • Strong written English communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with email marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet management and data tracking systems
  • LinkedIn networking experience and understanding of professional networking
  • Ability to follow detailed processes and work within pre-approved guidelines
  • Comfortable working independently while maintaining regular communication with management
  • Available to work Monday to Friday during Australian business hours
  • Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems or building industry knowledge

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
