This part time role will connect our WordPress front-end to LANA Software, Employment Hero, and Google Sheets using Zapier. If you enjoy making different systems "talk" to each other seamlessly, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities

• WordPress Management: Maintain and optimize our WP site, focusing on technical SEO, security audits, and form integrations.
• Workflow Automation: Build and maintain advanced "Zaps" to ensure data flows perfectly between Employment Hero, LANA, and Google Sheets.
• System Security: Configure 2FA/MFA across company accounts and manage secure remote access for our team.
• Tech Support: Act as the go-to person for troubleshooting Slack, Zendesk, and general Google Workspace integrations.

Requirements:

• WordPress Expert: Deep experience in WP structure, security, and technical SEO.
• Automation Pro: High proficiency in Zapier (or Make/Integromat). You should be comfortable using Webhooks and complex logic.
• System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with LANA Software (or similar CRM) and Employment Hero is highly preferred.
• Data Accuracy: Advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas and data mapping).
• AU Market Familiarity: Experience working with Australian service-based businesses (Tradies) is a massive plus.

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
