Lead Generation Manager
Role Overview
Our client is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Lead Generation Manager. This is not a "cold-call-only" role; it is a full-cycle support and sales position. Your mission is to find high-potential fireworks retailers, guide them through our Shopify registration process, and support them until they place their first order. Once the first order is secured, the account "graduates" to our automated systems, allowing you to focus on hunting for the next big opportunity.
Schedule:
-
Flexible during business hours, Pacific Time-US (40 hours per week)
Independent Contractor Perks
- Permanent work from home
- Immediate hiring
- Health Insurance Coverage for eligible locations
Core Objectives
- Identify: Use manual research to find qualified B2B prospects.
- Activate: Move leads from "Cold" to "Registered" on the Red Apple B2B Portal.
- Convert: Follow up and support the lead until the First Order is placed.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Migration & Data Cleanup (Phase 1)
- Audit and clean a backlog of ~500 existing B2B leads.
- Verify contact information and reach out via phone/email to migrate them to our new Shopify portal.
2. Strategic Prospecting (Phase 2)
- Conduct manual, state-by-state research using Google Maps, LinkedIn, and industry directories to find new retailers.
- Build and maintain accurate records within ClickUp (our primary project management tool).
3. Multi-Channel Outreach & Conversion
- Execute cold and warm outreach (Phone & Email) to business owners.
- Clearly explain B2B benefits and provide "hand-holding" support to ensure the Company Account Request is submitted.
- The Finish Line: Maintain contact post-registration to answer questions and drive the lead toward their initial purchase.
4. CRM & Workflow Management
- Maintain impeccable data integrity in ClickUp and Shopify.
- Ensure leads are correctly tagged to trigger the appropriate automated marketing flows.
Requirements
- The "Hybrid" Mindset: You enjoy the "detective work" of research but have the "hustle" to follow up and close a sale.
- Proven Outreach Experience: Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections from business owners.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Shopify (order tracking), ClickUp (or similar CRMs), and Google Maps research.
- Detail Oriented: You understand that a lead isn't "done" until the data is clean and the first order is in the books.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of valid customer accounts created.
- Conversion rate from "Account Created" to "First Order."
- Time-to-first-order (speed of activation).
- Accuracy of lead tagging and data entry in ClickUp.
Side Note
- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
Reminder
- Please follow the provided link to BruntWork’s Career Site to finish your initial application requirements, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording. Submissions with all requirements fulfilled will receive priority review.
