You’ll play a vital role in ensuring businesses maintain critical safety compliance by processing inspection reports for fire protection systems, emergency lighting, and suppression equipment. Responsibilities:

• Download and process PDF safety inspection reports received via email
• Navigate company database to search and verify property addresses
• Create new address entries for properties not found in existing system
• Select appropriate contractors from extensive vendor database (40+ company variations)
• Complete detailed inspection forms based on PDF report information
• Categorize system types including fire extinguishers, emergency exit lights, and hood suppression systems
• Enter accurate inspection dates and technical specifications
• Save completed entries as drafts for quality review
• Flag incomplete or unclear reports for management escalation
• Process 500-800 reports weekly with potential to scale significantly

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry work
• Experience processing PDF documents and completing digital forms
• Proactive communication skills to identify and escalate issues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable navigating database systems and web-based platforms
• Reliable internet connection for remote work
• Bonus if you have experience with compliance documentation or administrative processes
