Job Overview
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Community Specialist to lead our organic content strategy, email marketing, and customer engagement. This role is perfect for someone who loves premium fashion, understands modern content trends, and enjoys building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content

Plan and manage organic content on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest

Schedule content that aligns with brand themes like inspiration, education, and community

Create and edit short-form videos using provided assets

Maintain a cohesive, high-quality brand voice and look across all social platforms
Email Marketing (via Klaviyo)

Send out weekly email campaigns

Set up and manage automated flows (e.g. Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase)

Write clear, refined copy for emails

Segment audiences and track performance for ongoing improvements
Community & Customer Support

Respond to emails and Instagram DMs in a timely and friendly manner

Manage returns and customer service with a focus on a premium experience

Collect and share customer feedback with the team

Support growth through sourcing user-generated content and light influencer outreach
Platform & Tools Management

Make basic updates in Shopify (e.g. product linking, order tracking)

Use tools like Klaviyo, Later or Planoly, Canva or CapCut for scheduling and editing
Requirements

3+ years of proven experience in social media management and email marketing (must share a comprehensive portfolio)

Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail

Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, CapCut, Later/Planoly

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Understanding of fashion and visual branding is a plus
