ROLE: Lead Generator and Appointment Setter

Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to identify prospects, conduct outbound calls, pre-qualify leads, and schedule insurance appointments. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, cold-calling experience, and excellent lead management abilities.

Schedule- Tuesday-Saturday 1:00PM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, Florida, Part time 20 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pull lead lists for small businesses and self-employed individuals.
• Organize leads by zip codes and cities including Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects to pre-qualify insurance needs.
• Schedule preset appointments on your calendar for medical, dental, and life insurance.
• Maintain a Google Sheet or CRM log of all calls and lead status.
• Transfer hot leads directly to you for immediate closing when requested.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation and cold call appointment setting.
• Neutral accent with high-level English verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Google Voice and basic Google Suite tools.
• Strong organizational skills for managing and segmenting lead data.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Ability to work independently and report daily activities clearly.

Scope:

• Targeting hairdressers, contractors, realtors, truckers, and other self-employed individuals.
• Focused on major medical, dental, supplemental life, and critical illness plans.
• Working 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday through Friday).
• Goal of generating 10-15 high-quality appointments per week.
• Turn-key lead generation starting from zip code and city targets.
• Scaleable role to accommodate future agency growth and additional agents.
